CSA = Confederate States of America (Civil War period)
Dam = Mare or mother
FAQ = Frequently Asked Questions (don't laugh I didn't know either!)
GB = Great Britain
Hlt = Halter
HOF = Hall of Fame
Imp = born elsewhere and imported to America
Ire = Irish
NCHA = National Cutting Horse Association
NSBA = National Snaffle Bit Association
